I hadn't heard of Farley Mow...Is that you Mark?<br />I hadn't heard of Farley Mowat before, either, but he is well known over here (Canada) and is a prolific writer - still going strong in his late '80s. Ken's lent me one of his books to see what I think.<br />You're right, I don't think the film will reach the UK, even if the Banff World Tour manages it, as they choose different films for each country. It'll probably appear on some obscure satellite channel somewhere, though.
