Graffiti from the Southern Half (3)

Here’s another image courtesy of a Valparaiso street artist. I’ll be posting more of these in the same vein, often with no description. I’ll try, as in this case (not very successful in this instance), to provide a second image in an effort to show the graffiti in the context of its background/building.
