Some 268 walkers and runners set off at 9am on a cool, misty morning. I walked with a lady called Sarah and joined 'the others' (pictured below) in the cafe afterwards.

It was good to see fellow TGO Challenge vetter, Alistair, in the cafe - where we spent most of the rest of the morning.
Good news: my knee was fine for the walk, but I'm leaving it for a while before attempting to run.

Good to hear that the knee is on the mend - hope it continues in the right direction.
