Lancaster parkrun

It was a pleasure to meet up with TGO Challenger Jayme Morgan for this morning's parkrun in Lancaster. Thanks for staying with my slow pace and chatting, Jayme. Your prediction of a 'lumpy' course was correct. The woodland paths were certainly undulating, so I was pleased to finish the 5 km course in under 25 minutes. So it must be easier than Lyme Park, but not by much.

I got someone to photograph us at the finish but I didn't check whether they had pressed the button. So you'll have to make do with a view from the post run café.

Lovely weather, and a great way to start the weekend.
