M & G GO FOR A HOLIDAY
Cheats! They got an extra day. We hope they were well cared for…
Pity that the cancellation of our flight wasn't announced until after all of the other UK flights had left. Otherwise, walking from Manchester (or, more lazily (now that I've hit my mileage target for the year), catching a train from Birmingham) might have been an option.
If it's any comfort, Gayle, you'd have had to use the roof rack on our plane - perhaps not the most comfortable way to travel prior to a long walk home!
After M and G's last post I expected to hear of exciting adventures with Colin. Today, doing the rounds of blogs I follow, I have found out what they've been up to. Photoshop has not been able to confirm your claims about the personnel on the boat, but I like the artistic flowers in the foreground.
Colin must have felt very lonely, Conrad. You'll probably have noticed now that Gayle has recovered from her seasickness and has run her fingers over her keyboard like a vicar with a nun's nightie.

They could, Alan, had Gayle not been due at work this morning...

Hi Gayle,
So annoying, and there's no doubt that they would have known. There's nothing worse when you have to go home you just want to get there.
