Graffiti from the Southern Half (13)
On an overcast afternoon in Manchester it’s nice to be able to cast my mind back to 14 December last year, and this suburban garden wall in Valparaiso. Judging by the image, it must sometimes rain in Chile!
Yes, Conrad, some images do tell their own stories, for example the pain of childbirth, and the children silhouetted against a war torn sunset, but I think some of the artists would quite possibly invite the viewer to make his/her own interpretation of their efforts. I may try to discover more, but we have yet to start indexing the (currently 2423) pictures from our six week trip!
