Memories

Just a routine Sunday today:

(not)parkrun, trying to reassemble study, lots of family 'Zooming', cooking lasagne and stew, receiving a TGO Challenger's route to vet... not terribly photogenic, so today's pictures are just a few random images that have been retained on my phone.

Above - on a TransAlp bike ride.

Below - a Lancashire rainbow.

Parkrunners, proud of having finished the previous Sunday's Manchester Marathon (2018).

Eddie and Heather at Bridge of Gaur Guest House, whilst I was walking across Scotland on a TGO Challenge. I wonder how they are coping with Covid.

And finally, for today, a picture taken near home on the Trans Pennine Trail in summer.

 Have a good week, everyone.

A good idea. I only use my iPhone camera occasionally, sometimes to record things as an aide-memoir such as the label on something in a shop, or a strange house name, or the instructions for doing something: but, also occasionally when I do not have my camera to hand. There are hundreds of photos that also seem to have arrived there without any instruction from me that I am aware of, I suspect because I am somehow "synched" with some other tech that I have also failed to properly master. At the risk of plagrism I may try to select a few from that eclectic mixture with an appropriate credit to our copyright.

That's fine Conrad. I take quite a few pictures with the phone. Handy now as the computer is laid up during decorating. Use whichever you want.
On my Android phone, WhatsApp pictures automatically appear in the gallery, as do screen shots and downloads. And I can access Dropboxed images on the phone if really desperate. Now off to try to sort temporary computer system pending delayed carpet fitting...
