Monday = Isabella Day (38)

Isabella wasn't on top form due to some pain from teeth coming through. However, the fruit loaf went down well and both Baby and Ted asked for more.

Some biscuits were then made, with Isabella showing off her chef's apron and hat.

"Hang on, I can weigh things in the hat..."

Then Sue had a work meeting and grandad and Isabella took the tram to St Peter's Square, in Manchester, and back. (No photos - it's harder to take them when on your own with a small child.)

Back for lunch and a nap, then it was time to sort out the blankets for putting Ted to bed.

'Bus' needs a rest as well!

It was nearly time to go home, but another tram ride was demanded.

Ted insisted on wearing his yellow wellies.

After a minor stand off regarding a further tram ride we returned home, and then we returned Isabella to her home. There's a tradition developing whereby we all sit in the car for a while, watching neighbours and builders coming and going. They must wonder what we are doing sitting in the car for ages going nowhere!

Eventually, (Isabella knows the drill) a move to the correct seat takes place and off we go to see mummy and daddy in Didsbury.

Another lovely day with Isabella, with the aid of a teaspoon of Calpol.

I wish I'd had some shares in Calpol. Isabella magic as always.
