The main purpose of this blog is to keep in touch with friends and family, and maybe entertain others with common interests, particularly in relation to the outdoors. We hope you enjoy it, and your comments are valued....
Thanks you two - it's a Galaxy Ace with Talk Mobile - £7.50 a month, inplace of her old PAYG Blackberry. Someone had told her that blogging was hard from an Android phone, but I managed fine, as you can see. (I may get an Ace2.) However, Sue's Nallolady blogging efforts were rejected. I think this may be because she changed her Google sign-in email address, but we have to work on it as she's unable to blog at present with the new phone. Meanwhile, the (new) TV broke this morning. Now mended via a new HDMI cable. And our new desktop and laptop computers are being set up, so all will go quiet for a while as I have to take the router into the shop soon for them to complete the set up. Window 8 = virtually complete set of new software as our old stuff doesn't seem to be supported. ££££ Anyway, now need to go to my son's house anyway to help with a kitchen issue. Holding cupboards will give my brain a rest before I return to assemble a new desk...
Happy Birthday!! From Rob, Chuck and me!! Have a good day tomorrow. Rob has started to digitilize our ESB collection of historic black and white photos. The quality is superb. I was fascinated to see them and look forward to more! I was interested in your TGO route. I will follow your progress online. Be good...love to you and Sue!
Thanks Dot. I'm pleased to hear about the photos, and as we discussed, you can now read (albeit briefly) about yesterday's excellent day out on the current latest posting. Have fun Martin

It looks Ace to me!
Looks good. What is it (the phone I mean) if you don't mind me asking Martin?
