Nallo Lady here again! Today, I was accompanied by my mother and the ‘Dunham Massey Winter Garden Plant List. Despite the dull, chilly weather, we had a lovely time trying to identify the numbered trees, shrubs, bulbs and herbaceous plants, with some success!
Despite the small size of this winter honeysuckle blossom, it had a lovely scent.
The variety of hellebores is superb:
There are carpets of snowdrops still:
These tiny hyacinths escape the eye if you’re not observant:
I must remember to take my small tripod next time I visit – getting down this low (despite a small mat for my knees) is hard work!!
