Here are a couple of pictures from Day 1, when Humphrey laboured past our campsite at Bealach Bhearnais. After proudly showing off his new steamer ..."fresh fish here we come" ... he persuaded Sue to try on his new gloves. She reckons they would be waterproof.

Sorry about the picture quality, I'll replace them when I get home. The back of my Lumix camera doesn't photograph very well!
I was initially confused about the 'steamer' - wondering why your friend was dragging a boat across Scotland!!
Those gloves might be waterproof but can you actually do anything with them on?!

Thanks Jenny. Knowing Humphrey he might have rented a steamer, but I think this one was from a children's cookery set - another £5 from Ikea.
